My massage therapist here had very poor communication skills and seemed disengaged from her work. I will not be returning.
It’s one of my fav spots to go unwind for a while now. Amazing stuff, super friendly and not too pushy. It’s on a pricey range, but for me it’s worth it.
There are no courtesy rules being enforced in the pool area—guests are loudly FaceTiming on speaker, shouting, and showing a complete lack of etiquette. The atmosphere has changed significantly over the years, and it’s clear that management is no longer the same.
They have amenities free of charge to use after your service/dip in the pool such as hair spray and deodorant. The only thing I will say is that it just felt like you are unwelcome if you aren't paying for a service.
Cleanliness standard has declined over the years. Kids are usually there past 7pm, which gets very very noisy. People smoke weed right by the residence doors and no one says anything to them Pool is usually very busy
