The young woman answering the phone at Black Forest Lodge on Big Bear Blvd. in Big Bear Lake is one one the rudest receptionists I have ever talked to in my life! I used to go to the Black Forest Salon when a lovely Korean family owned the business. I had heard there were new owners, and noticed there was an OPEN neon sign in the window!
