I came in for a Classic Manicure using a $60 gift card, expecting a relaxing and complete experience as described - hand soak, proper nail and cuticle care, callus work, arm massage, and polish. Unfortunately, the service I received didn’t reflect that at all. There was no hand soak, the cuticle work was rushed, and the nail shaping was uneven. I just experienced the best massage of my life here. I always get massages and that massage left me feeling relaxed and pampered. It was the 75 minute Swedish massage with Erina and she was so strong and detailed with her hands. I may need to visit this spa on a monthly basis
