My wife and my experiences were totally different from what I've read here. We had Allison and Dawn and both were excellent massage therapists. The massages were relaxing and the pressures were appropriate. In fact, both therapists asked us if the pressure was ok. Only one music hiccup, but Allison quickly fixed it and it really wasn't much of a distraction. Facilities were clean, in good shape, and the temperature was good too. I would go again.
No one likes to answer the phone so didnt even get a chance to make an appointment. Why put up a deal and not answer calls...great business guys! #sarcasm
Very painful massage, I can barely walk next day. They also used unlicensed therapist which is a red flag. I have bruising and shooting nerve pain. Just horrible.
I wish I can just give them a 0, they have canceled my appointment 10 minutes before my arrival, suggested they will call me the next day to reschedule and talk about the inconvenience and I have never heard from them again. Waste of my time and $35 parking money that I paid to arrive earlier like they suggested . I do not recommend this spa!
