Disgusting service. We ordered and paid for 3 security screens on 7th july. They measured up and gave a quote which we accepted. They came out for a final measurement and gave us a lead time of 3-4 weeks. After confirming an instalment date we heard nothing from sp screens. We rang them to find out what was happening they told me I had cancelled my order. Nightmare! SP Screens were contracted by my property manager to install two security screens in my apartment. The initial free measure and quote went smoothly—they arrived on time and were in and out quickly. The follow-up measure check also went fine, and the screens were ordered after that. This is where everything went downhill. They booked my installation for 11/11/25 without consulting me.
