I was sent to collection for parking and never received notice from this organizations prior about having unpaid parking. They sent me to collections without any communication prior 7months after they claimed I parked there. However, I had a flight that same day and time as the picture that was taken...80miles away. So there is no way possible. I paid the fee as I cannot get through to anyone, but sending someone to collections without prior notification in my opinion is unethical.

I also received a letter (Oct 2025) from a "debt collector" law firm stating I have owed $30 since Jan 2025. This is the first time I've received any notification from ANYONE concerning an infraction (and I always pay my parking and/or any bills that may come through) When I called to find out when/where and a reference ticket number for said violation I was forwarded to a phone message box that is full and then automatically disconnected. My husband's car was registered to get free parking through his employer. We kept getting notices about a violation but the violation had my husband's name wrong and when we called they stated it's an error and to disregard. I got a notice in MY name for my husband's car stating I owe $53.99 as a violation for not paying. That price alone is outrageous! Beware. I will avoid the parking lot at the 3183 Pearl garage and any other SP+ location like it was the plague. Presents as a free public covered parking garage for a nearby restaurant. No gates at the entrance or exits. No tickets. Received a $32.50 bill in the mail a week later for less than 1.5 hours of parking based on a sign they have posted off to the side. Avoid the parking lot at 1370 cherokee, 3 different lots at that address not clearly marked as to which kiosk services which parking spaces, they should have an individual directing to appropriate space, they are charging me 50 bucks for a penalty thru their collection service, and I've called the corp to protest and one goes to a mailbox that's full and the other goes to an answering service???
