The ticket reader did not open the garage. The “call for assistance” number picked up once and told me to ring the garage office, which was closed. Calls after that went to voicemail. I gave up after about 20 dials and needed to come back the next day and pay the $44 24-hour rate for 3 hours of parking.
When we came back to get our car from the parking garage, we waited almost half an hour to be let back into the parking garage because the card they gave us was not working. After multiple calls and complaints, we were finally let back into the building to retrieve our car. On the way out, the machine ate our credit card and parking ticket.
