This is the worst service ever and they do not care how long you have to wait your vehicle. Customers are standing out in almost freezing temperatures and the wait is almost an hour. I utilize them at Emory Midtown for an appointment and when retrieving my vehicle I waiting almost an hour and they would not refund me my money and tried to offer me free parking when I come back as if I would allow them to park my car again to wait. If possible please do not use them.
