The QR code from SpotHero didn't let me enter the pre-paid parking lot. I was charged an additional $23 upon exiting.
Never park here. Never use Parking.com Here's why: Worst parking lot in the history of cars. Spiral up 10 stories. Go through two gates. Then... no parking spots. Completely full after I bought "guaranteed" parking. No attendants. No help from the phone number. I was forced to park at a nearby lot for $43 because everything was full. Parking.com is useless. They "guaranteed" the parking then refunded the $12 for their botched reservation—only after they made me submit my credit card statement that I paid for other parking.
You need a midget car to park there. Used Spothero. They wouldn't take my pickup truck. Elevators were tiny. Numbering system didn't make sense.
No parking available, made me pay $23 to exit the garage. I called the attendant, they said there is a ten minute grace period, I told him it's only been 8 minutes, he then said I need to go find the garage officer, I asked how exactly am I supposed to do that if I can't park my car, he kept insisting I needed to take the elevator down and speak to the garage officer. I ended up paying to exit and and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Unbelievable....
Lots of 1-star reviews for a reason. 6ft clearance that you won't know about until you're already on the 6th floor. No spots left despite paying for one, and all the guy could tell me was "sorry for the inconvenience, we suggest you try to get a refund somehow".
