Very poor parking garage for the price. Poorly maintained interior and poorly managed. Receipt printer is broken at exit and help button just gives you a number to call. The number takes you to a full voicemail box. Would not recommend
This place sucks! My card info got stolen at the pay kisosk. Do not use your card at this place!
Doesn’t accept Apple Pay. It’s 2025 get with it not everyone carries physical cards or cash anymore.
I parked at this garage for 2 weeks in August 2025 and purchased a multi-day pass. When questions arose about in-and-out privileges and I realized I had purchased the wrong pass, I called customer service and they quickly involved their management and facility manager to help me out. They supported my request at transforming this into a pass that worked for me at the same price and showed a lot of flexibility. It took no more than one hour to get to a solution.
