Horrible staff! Begging for tips at arrival they asked what time i was leaving… i said i had to be on the road at 4am. they said no problem we will be here… I show up at 4 AM. Not a soul in sight. Security guard said they don’t open till six. I was two hours late for work extremely unhappy.!!!
I like that you have to scan your ticket get get into building. That is a nice security feature. A little difficult leaving the parking deck due to traffic but hey it is Chicago. Exit staff were very helpful and kind.
These “people” will let cars in when there are zero parkings. Literally 10-20 cars would wait for hours. Do not use this dumpster
