I used this parking lot when staying at the Canopy Hotel. I have a large SUV, so this parking lot was very convenient to me, as my truck could fit. I used the QR code pay. Didn't have any issues. Pleasant experience.
I called to get help with parking issue, but the specialist hung up on me before resolving my concern. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. Please improve customer service.
