DO NOT PARK HERE. Highly unsafe. There is nobody onsite. No attendant, no security, nothing. They do not warn you to take your ticket with you, but you need it to access the ramp. I spent half an hour trying to contact someone through the callbox, then through the (chicago) phone number, then by trying to call the number they advertise for monthly parking. Nothing. Nobody. Stay away if you don't want to be assaulted inside the ramp with no security or anyone around.
