Terribleprocess and customer service needs to fix machine so many parents that get their ticket validated wasting time talking to terrible customer service to get out of the lot, constant calls needs to upgrade machine
To get in at night you have to knock on the bank window and ask the security guard at chase bank to let you in, which is not intuitive. I thought the signs inside were confusing when determining which spots were reserved or not, but the worker stopped me after going around a few times and told me where to go. I felt like pricing was reasonable enough and location was good. There were a lot of spots open for a Friday night when I was there.
