This used to be my go-to parking spot for evenings in West Loop/Fulton Market. I typically book ahead via ParkWhiz and did so again yesterday. You used to be able to scan your parking app QR code to get back into the building, but now you have to create an account through another app, Metropolis, to get back in. It ended up working out, but it was definitely an unexpected curveball at the end of the night. It’s still a good place to park, but it may be a good idea to just directly book through Metropolis.
BEWARE! I booked this parking spot through ParkWhiz as I always did. I paid through an app. Getting in - easy. Getting in to get into the car back and getting out - NIGHTMARE. Ok, fine. Two months later I am still receiving notices to pay them additional $70! because they do not see charge on ParkWhiz. It was my top spot for parking in Fulton Market area but I will never ever park there again.
Covered, secure, and safe parking. Pedestrian entrance accessible only with a paid pass or parking ticket. I’ve used this location more than once and have never had issues. Highly recommend for west loop outings.
