They don't have cameras inside the garage building - my parked car was hit by someone, I saw people checking door handles for open doors on my tesla dashcam - don't use this place
We ordered online using Parking.com and received a QR code. It was easy to use to drive in and out. Close to downtown Chicago and Magnificent Mile. Very clean elevators.
Car was broken into along with 5 other cars. Been getting the run around from management and still haven’t heard anything back
