Monica and Antonio, whole team at SP+, really treat people well, especially monthly parkers, great clean and run garage at Lincoln Park
This lot also offers SpotHero bookings, I would NOT recommend booking this lot using the app. Upon entry our code did not scan and a worker let us in with the call button. When we attempted to leave the code again did not scan at the exit machine. When we called for help the customer service refused to let us leave the lot and attempted to make us pull a ticket to pay a 2nd time for the parking and, 'ask for a refund from SpotHero.' Reasonably priced if you purchase online in advance. Location is good the QR code reader doesnt work well.
Booked and paid $19 for a day pass through ParkWhiz but the QR code would not scan, and the button for customer support was absolutely useless. Ended up paying an additional $40 for a daily pass. Avoid if using ParkWhiz!
