I usually have great experiences at Marriott, and they seem to understand customer service. A rude exception to this is Springhill Suites parking where a “third party” does parking, so NO you cannot add parking to your room charge. Instead, a guest just checking in must scan a QR code, deal with bad cellphone connectivity in an UNDERGROUND (!) garage, and navigate a glitchy website by some shady outfit called SP+.
