Its ONLY getting 1 star because it's $2 to park there......but that's only when you're allowed to park there. Its closed for renovations to anyone except those with key cards. Then, every other space is reserved for people who don't work in the building it's supposed to service. Ridiculous The facility itself is FILTHY. water is constantly leaking from floor to floor, leaving lakes of water and dripping on cars.
