I reserved a spot at the Hubbard Garage on Spot Hero from 8:30pm-11:30pm. We headed back to the garage after dinner around 11:15pm. There was not a person at the entryway lobby desk for about 20-30 minutes. We did not see a way to scan the QR code to get back in the building. I tried it on the area where residents scan in but nothing happened. We informed someone who responded to the garage entrance call button. They told us some one was always at the front lobby desk. Very disappointed with this company it offers discounts on your parking and then don't deliver. When to the Petco for my dogs to get shots played for them and got the ticket scanned when to put out of the lot no discounts.never had this to happen before. We told the first dispatcher and the people at Petco what happened they were no help. I pay the cost of the parking and still couldn't get out. We had.to wait for someone to come and move the gate.
