We were able to park easily, but leaving was an awful experience. First, the staircase door into the garage was locked, meaning there was no way to re-enter the parking lot. We searched for over 45 minutes, stressed and worried, with no signs or help available. We eventually found a way in through another building. Perfect location! Very convenient to the river walk, millennium park and shopping area!
Booked a slot for parking and the garage was closed
They closed at 7pm need to stay open at least til 10. They’re next to river walk and we had to park 3 blocks away. But only $11 til 2am.
