This company has the most unreasonable and atrocious cancellation policies. You can't cancel on your own on the website and you have to reach the facility manager, whose phone number and email is not readily available or accessible. They seemingly cancelled my enrolment but I still got a bill for the next month. Do NOT get yourself stuck in their billing cycle shackles. Horrible!!
