The card reader doesn’t work. You can get in but you can’t leave
Card reader inactive. They opened the gate to let us in. 2 hours later we returned to leave the parking area. We sat at the exit gate with them on the phone. We requested many times that they open the gate. After 20 minutes they finally opened it after I told them we were going to call the Royal Oak Police Dept. I would not suggest parking there and just park in the street spots.
The card reader does not work at the front, and when you try to leave, the agent is not helpful.
Card reader doesn’t work You have to scan your credit card when you arrive, then the card reader at the exit does not work. It takes ages to get an agent on the phone
