I am beyond frustrated with SP+ Parking. I parked in the "Capp Parking Ramp" located at 1313 Nicollet Mall right across from the Hyatt Regency downtown Minneapolis. I entered the garage at 8:09pm on 1/25/25 and left the garage at 9:42am on 1/26/25. The signs posted at the entrance of the ramp stated that overnight parking was either $40 or $49. I wish I could rate zero stars. It was the worst parking experience I’ve had. Only go there if you want to be scammed and micro-aggressed. My girlfriend and I parked there for a party recently. There was a very confusing sign with extremely small lettering at the entrance. Two prices were listed on this sign- $105 and $35. I was only planning on parking for an hour or two, so I reasonably assumed that I would be paying $35 for that time. I assumed that the $105 rate was a 24-hour parking fee. First and old. Filthy floor. Paint chipping all over. Stairwell was scary dirty. In a city that prides itself on cleanliness — and Minneapolis is spotless, this poorly lit, dingy garage is an eye sore.
