Terrible. 24 hours is not 24 hours. 24 hours ends at 5:00 a.m. to screw you. Nothing's prorated. Very shady business practice and surprised the city Minneapolis hasn't cracked down.

stayed at the marriott city center this week and was told to park in this garage as its attached and right next door. i have been grossly overcharged multiple times according to what their sign says for parking fees. phone number affiliated here on google for them is not correct. marriott of course takes jo responsibility even though the parking garage is plastered with marriott parking signs. so dont park here and thing you are getting charged what the signs say, because its way off! you cant call them. you cant contact the... read more

A bad parking experience redeemed only because it was lit well and decently secure for a downtown lot. Getting in and out of the parkade with the code readers as a guest of the hotel is almost laughable. A piece of receipt paper with a QR code is the only way in and out - two separate times I had to "call for help" with the button on the machine because I was trapped in the lot and couldn't get out. At least the prices for hotel guests are reasonable enough ($26 on weeknights and $15 on weekends).
