I paid $21 in advance to "ease" my access downtown, only to find the day-of price was $8. The "ease" ended there. After the event, I was locked out of the complex and had to rely on a nearby building's skyway to get back to my car. Upon exiting, the QR machine was broken, leading to an interrogation involving my order number, ticket number, and life history. I’m shocked they didn't make me stand on one leg and count to 10. Avoid this garage!

Went to a show at the Pantages Theatre, got out after 10 pm. We were luck to get into the parking ramp. We walked around the entire building and the only reason we were able to access the elevator to get to our ramp level was because someone (not a worker) was exiting one of the doors so us (and a lot of other people) streamed in to get to their cars. This needs to be addressed.

U.S. bank ramp has an easy in and out access. Only real issue I had was trying to get in there after hours as only 1 door worked, but you had to use the handicap button to open the door, which wasn’t super obvious. You’d think the door would just be unlocked, but you had to use the button. Would park there again and had chosen this option for a Twins game.
