Parking garage was fully closed well before the posted midnight closing time on a weeknight. When we returned at 9:30 pm, the ramp entrance was shut and every entrance was inaccessible including all stairwell doors and we were unable to access our vehicle. The front lobby of 1075 Bay St was also completely unmanned. After calling the number posted at the office lobby entrance, it took two hours for Securitas off-site security staff to arrive to regain access to the garage as they did not have presence downtown Toronto. Found useful at the area. There are place expensive then this.
$2.50 per ½ hour * $12.50 daily max Only Scan to pay Only accessible from 6:00 am to 11:59 pm. After-hours you need a pass. It is not properly maintained, is dust and damp. They have placed some signs now but you have to look for them. If you're coming for the Pearson Test Center, its a quick, convenient, fairly cheap place to park. 7/10 recommended. * info as of October 2025
