For delta and United
Deadends, construction barriers, temporary cul-de-sac, things that you would expect in a construction zone in the Big Dig in the early 2000s BUT THIS IS A PARKING GARAGE. I have never been so confused trying to park my car in a garage before. On the bright side the plate recognition system works well if you prebook your parking spot online.
Yes this is airport parking so it's going to be crowded and there's usually a line to get in and out. But given that, it's one of the more convenient airport parking places I visited. Also, because it's smaller than most parking complexes, the weight isn't usually that long. The structure is fairly well maintained and it's well lit. So your car feels safe while it's here. Also, the rental cars are located here as well, making it very convenient to access from the terminals.
Review about the parking lot in particular.... DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service. I just left your parking facility and had issues with my credit card not swiping appropriately. Rather than any individual coming out to assist, I was told to change lanes, try a different machine as other cars piled behind me. And it was insisted I MUST have a different credit card- sorry I am a solo traveler with one credit card. Unacceptable. Not once did any human come to assist.
