Upon our exit from the garage, there was an issue with many parking tickets being unreadable across all exit lanes. So they said we demagnetized our ticket. Rather than let people go and recoup the expense via plate number/mail like a toll, they have four+ lanes of various cars backing up to move to a cashier window with an unapologetic employee who cares only about the parking money and not resolving the issue or chaos at hand.
