I always park here when I'm Oak Park. Easy in and easy out..... and the rates are very fair.
Easy to get to very close to all the restaurants and theatre
Brother parked and exited the lot as instructed, but the sensor did not capture the car leaving the lot so he is being charged for time even though he left the parking lot. No one answered the phone for help with this issue.
I've been a monthly parker here since July. Great facility. The staff members are fantastic. Leroy, especially. He's a great man! I look forward to seeing him every day. He does a great job keeping the facility clean and running properly. I dropped my keyless transponder once, and he scoured the garage until he found it. I'll never forget that gesture. And the overnight Security staff are excellent as well, and go on regular patrols to make sure vehicles are safe. I don't know their names, but I've interacted with the young ... read more
