DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO PARK HERE. they do not advertise when the public parking is full. they charge you $15 to drive around and look for a spot... public parking levels start at level 11 and up. we drove around from level 11-22 for 9mins and every single spot was full. we went to leave and had to pay $15 to exit or the gate would not open. we tried to call the company and explain to get a refund but "that is not an option" i will be calling again to speak to someone higher up. all around rip off
staff is friendly, maintenance crew is knowledgeable and hoa board is reasonable and is effective at preventing special assessments. recent renovations of amenities have really improved the place.
I bought a parking pass from SpotHero. After a month, the manager contacted me to ask for proof of payment. I sent a screenshot from my credit card app, but he still says he can't verify it... 🙄unprofessional
