I bought a parking pass from SpotHero. After a month, the manager contacted me to ask for proof of payment. I sent a screenshot from my credit card app, but he still says he can't verify it... 🙄unprofessional
I parked here in this garage at River north by the best Western August 15 through the 17th. I entered the QR code and entered my credit card information and they declined it.!!! I called my bank. Everything is just fine so I tried again. I did it five times and now I’m getting a note that I’m going to be decided and I’m back in Ohio and I call them and they hang up on me so I think this is a big scam.!!
