I had an inappropriate encounter with staff, and there needs to be training on how to treat people with disabilities. We park here about once a week because we need to receive medical treatment in the building. There are three accessible parking spots. The accessible curb to enter and exit the parking area is where two lanes of traffic meet. Two of the three accessible spots allow for accessible passenger loading and unloading. After a snafu with my parking fee, I had a conversation with Bernard Smith, the Facility Manager and he couldn't have been more courteous and respectful. He didn't hesitate to take care of the issue and was completely professional. Wish more people treated their customers the way Bernard treated me the day I visited this garage.
