Impossible to find. Wrong address wrong directions. Lost my parking reservation and also my tour reservation. I don't recommend it at all unless you have enough time to ask in every single parking if that's the correct parking.
A little hard to find at first since it’s at lower Michigan avenue but the valet was helpful and it was a great location to park with easy access to Michigan avenue. The price was fair as well. I will be using this parking area again
I prepaid for this space and I'm from out of town so I could not find this location due to the Upper and Lower sections of the city. I had to pay for parking at another location($45) to avoid missing my Riverboat tour I contacted the vendor and explained the situation and within a few hours they reimbursed me for my prepaid reservation. I really appreciate the good customer service.
