Garage itself isn't bad but the scanner to the front door never works. Signs say to go through the lobby of the attached building. The older woman working front desk at the lobby every morning is incredibly rude every time. She threatens and harasses you for just needing to get to your car. Garage ownership should remove the old gate on the ramp to the 2nd floor and fix the QR scanner / call box.

Overcharged my card and doesn't answer calls or voicemails. Only way to get your $ back is to dispute the charge. Guessing they get so many chargebacks that they must be on the brink of losing their relationship with Visa, MasterCard, etc. Garage manager's name is Gabriel.

If I could if I could give a zero star I would quite possible in the worst ways to get in over gives downtown prices while not being downtown. Requires you to have your card/ticket with you to get back into the actual garage on the worst experiences ever.

As of 8/16/22 still has signs that there is free parking for Plum Market, can't see when entering from Division St. that Plum Market has permanently closed as of July '22. Nonetheless they initially insisted that I pay for parking despite having only been in the lot 10-15 mins, enough time to see Plum was closed permanently (wasn't even a sign on the entrance from the lot, had to go downstairs and around to see...). Complained and they eventually let me go after requesting my name and phone number.
