Horrible experience. Would give it 0/5 if I could. All gates and pay machines are broken. Huge line of cars. Once you pay it will say authorizing but the gate will not go up. Do not waste your time parking here.
DO NOT USE PRE PAY. This machine has been malfunctioning for our last two visits (6 weeks apart). One time the apartment manager had to beep us out after 30 min of waiting on help. The second time we paid full price just to get out because we knew it would be impossible to have SP+ help us. So instead of $11 for 6 hours, we paid $41 total. Would happily change this posting if SP wants to reach out to refund the extra $30, but until then, users beware. Prebooked, which saved $. Easy process. Scanned phone on exit. Instructions a little unclear and spaces small, but good experience overall.
Lock your doors and never leave your parking ticket in the car. My was stolen.
