Spent over a half hour in stop and go through this parking structure and we’re still nowhere close to wherever our parking spot is. The workers aren’t the problem. The management didn’t properly think of how to establish a flow to all this. If this was an online service. They would’ve gone out of business 20 years ago. I also think their management is overpaid paid. On a sidenote, their automated response to negative reviews is just lip service. Another example of how their management sucks.
I really liked how well organized they were. And it was very clean and even though they had to deal with hundreds of people getting in was not long or leaving did not take long. The parking attendants did an excellent job.
