Big bait and switch! Only park here if you can find a way to book online (pro-tip, I'm sure there is a way ....it just won't be from a mobile browser). Super shady spot
Do not park here. They sell spots on Spot Hero even if there are no spots available. You don't find out if you have a spot until you arrive. Very tight parking garage as well.
I work here twice a week for work in the evening. I pay with the app to secure my space ahead of time. When I got to the garage today I was denied entry and told to dispute it with the company. That’s not a real solution and makes it extremely inconvenient for me as a regular Parker. This was not a real solution and as far as customer service goes is unacceptable.
Perfect location, lot of spots and charging stations. "Drive up" prices are high but using their website to reserve parking ahead of time makes them very reasonable (e.g. $18 for 10 hours). I made a mistake when entering and had to deal with three employees. They were all very polite and very helpful.
Super expensive, but the location was good and it was clean. Would only use it again if no other options, $42 for less than 10 hours is crazy.
