I was charged a twenty for not even parking my car there. Beware.
Came here looking for a parking space and didn’t find any. Yet I was still charged $23 for nothing, even though I never parked my car there, as the lot was full. Be aware.
I researched several parking garages in Chicago near Navy Pier and was shocked by how many had negative reviews. Needless to say, I was a little worried about where to park. SP+ Parking had good reviews, although there weren't many of them, so I decided to take a chance—and I'm glad I did! The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free.
