Be aware they can give you a parking citation for the same violation within 24 hours as long as it’s a different day. Who the hell has time to call and appeal citations. Parking demons. Then they have the gall to thank you for paying their stupid citations.
Parking deck is secure and safe, but it’s difficult to get in touch with anyone to facilitate a monthly parking pass .
Do not get their monthly parking! There's a reason it's so cheap - it's been 3 monts since I started trying to cancel it and I'm still getting billed! The only phone number they give you is facility manager, who doesn't pick up the phone or return voice messages. Her assistant is a liar who said they'll cancelled the account but didn't do anything.
