The staff member at the 4th Street location on the morning of 7/9/26 was extremely rude and spoke to me in a way that was unprofessional and confrontational. I simply asked over the intercom to be let outside, and the interaction quickly became hostile. I went quiet and soft immediately because I was taken aback by her behavior. Some of the exact statements I was told were: “You better fix this soon, and it got nothin’ to do with me. It’s not my problem,” and “Did you not hear me?
