I was skeptical. not of their skills! they're amazing and I love my nails so much but that ombre polish is deceiving! trust the process its basically color changing polish/mood polish. I peaked back in like "ok I see you! I like them now! thank you" and thank you so much again. everything was wondering and everyone was very patient with my indication.

Worst experience ever! The staff became upset because I asked them to clean their utensils. There was a man I’ve not seen in the past that was about to do my nails so I asked if he came from another shop. Well he didn’t like my question so he got up and walked away. I went to use the bathroom and that same man followed me and opened the door right after I closed it. The person that did my daughter nails did a decent job. Bad job. They were unable to do really simple gold French tips for me, so they had to start over and did a really bad job with white tips instead. Some are crooked, some are jagged, and the shaping of the nails themselves and the French tips are really bad. Advertised to cost 40. Charged me for 65, excluding rip. A three hour wait for really bad nails at that price is goofy. She also nicked me.

I have been coming here for many years now. I’m generally satisfied with my nails and normally do not have any complaints. The wait times can be a lot but I don’t care because they normally do a good job. Today I was very disappointed in my service. My nail tech kept getting up talking to other workers and when she wasn’t talking to other workers she was talking on the phone. Which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. My nails look great, but the service was not good. I still tipped her $5 because I would have felt bad... read more
