They were able to get my daughter's nails together for Prom very last minute. Not only did they do her mani but they also did her pedi and they did it in a timely manner.
They had me waiting for almost an hour to get a soak off which is fine I was being patient, but then a girl who didn’t have an appointment came in asking for a soak off as well and for whatever reason the nail tech decided to take her 1st she had only waited maybe 10 minutes and she then told me I had to wait for the guy next to her to take me next mind you he was still working on someone I decided to leave and tell them to cancel my spot I left the building and that same lady decided to follow me outside and told me to come... read more
I was skeptical. not of their skills! they're amazing and I love my nails so much but that ombre polish is deceiving! trust the process its basically color changing polish/mood polish. I peaked back in like "ok I see you! I like them now! thank you" and thank you so much again. everything was wondering and everyone was very patient with my indication.
Worst experience ever! The staff became upset because I asked them to clean their utensils. There was a man I’ve not seen in the past that was about to do my nails so I asked if he came from another shop. Well he didn’t like my question so he got up and walked away. I went to use the bathroom and that same man followed me and opened the door right after I closed it. The person that did my daughter nails did a decent job.
