I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the service at this tax office. My husband and I had a 4:30 PM appointment, arrived on time, and were left waiting for OVER AN HOUR with ZERO updates. The receptionist couldn’t care less, never checked on us, and didn’t bother giving any information on how much longer we’d have to wait. This is beyond unprofessional!
