Steve and Ish helped us through the entire process of the buy and sell. They are never short of recommendations for any work we needed along the way as well!
Most unprofessional realtor I have interacted with. Realtor has neglected to pick up his stuff for over two weeks. I called and spoke to Steve Soby, he immediately became defensive and condescending like he was the victim for not getting his stuff as a real estate professional should. I would not conduct business with this guy.
Steve is a 110% realtor! He will guide you to your next beautiful home.

My boyfriend and I both used SP Homes KC to purchase, and also sell- each of our homes last year. Steve was thorough, super responsive, and made the whole process extremely easy (even during a pandemic!!) He also gave honest feedback and set realistic expectations, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend reaching out if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.
