It's always hard joining a new gym and not knowing anyone. But here I immediately felt like I had been coming for years. Not only are the staff so extremely nice and helpful... but all the gym goers are so welcoming! And I love that instead of the typical 'rush' hours at gyms... this place is just consistently busy but never crowded! The space is incredible. And the Nutrition Bar is the best! I never leave without my Coffee with Protein or a Tea along with some healthy breakfast to go! Becca has built a wonderful space here ... read more
