I guess I should blame myself for not lowering my expectations at this point. With limited options for a gym in the area, and overall reasonable staff, I tried to be hopeful that I could enjoy a workout and my "services," but I guess I'm wrong. It should have been a red flag that when we initially signed up for the top-tier package, that we were never able to use the services, such as classes. The gym! Amazing! Small but you can work with anything! The personal trainers and the employees in general there are fantastic! They’re so kind and inviting! I’m always welcomed in and always leave with a fist bump! I love it!

I’ve enjoyed attending training sessions with Val for over two years. Have far surpassed my initial goals and continue to work independently and with Val. The variety of equipment always challenge me. As for SP Nutrition,#1 the baristas make the place feel like the Cheers bar on TV.. #2 And the drinks are imaginative in a fantastic way. I also love supporting Veteran owned businesses. I was not paid to write this! Bud
I’ve been working out at SP Fitness for over 2 years, and it’s the only gym I’ve felt truly comfortable sticking with. The environment is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes all the difference. The trainers and staff are absolutely wonderful—supportive, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great fitness community!
