Needed a basic iron rail for concrete stairs. Al came out to measure and we agreed on a price. The railing I picked up looked nice, but was about 3' shorter than the length of the stairway and didn't even reach the top step. When I called to figure how to fix it I was told "not my fault" before I even said what was wrong with it.
