We broke down on the Hume Hwy. Sam picked up our car and van within 20 minutes. Dropped us and the van at the caravan pk, then took the car to the workshop. He phoned later, saying he'd work on the car that night instead of waiting a couple of days. The car was ready to go by 10am the next morning. Outstanding response and commitment.
