This a man that leaves two beautiful dogs alone with no dhrlter for heat or rain. The only shelter are the dinosaur of cars and trash and parts and oil and filth. Animal Control is just as useless as they deem everything Is fine. Incompetent animal abusers as well. It's disgusting that this happens in Costa Mesa. If it rains the dogs sit under cars but the ground is wet and cold and he leaves them over the weekend and every nite during the week. No water or food. No toys or bed .
