Very educational and easy to follow, all the staff are pleasant, accommodating, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
The staff is great to work with and they are very informative.
My results. Lost 32 lbs. so far. Dr. has taken me off blood pressure medicine. I'm still working on loose more weight, acid reflux, sleep, stamina & energy level. All have improved but can still be better. I'm so grateful for this program it is not a diet BUT A LIFE CHANGE. I am below 200 lbs. for the first time in 30+ years. the staff has been with me all the way from Dr., coaches, office manager etc. encouraging, giving hints and help. Always pleasant and friendly.
