Online order at 6pm paid pick up time 6:30. 7:22pm still waiting outside for food. Lots of people waiting no update. Would leave if had not already paid. This is poor service

We are really sorry for the incident on New Year Eve, but we were overwhelmed with all the take outs that come in before 6pm. At 6pm we had to stop taking order since we weren't able to keep up. We tried to inform all the customers that called in that it will be 1.5 hours wait yesterday. We are so sorry that we didn't get to keep you update. Please let us know for the future order and we can give you a discount for your next meal.
Soybean is our to go place for Thai food since last 4 years. Staff and the owners are very courteous and portions are generous. They enjoy having kids over and our son has loved going there every time since he was 4. Every dish, appetizer we have tried has always surpassed our expectations. This place has some of the best Thai food in existence! Thai is my favorite cuisine so have tried many different restaurants across the US. I had the Pad Thai and the Chicken Satay. The Pad Thai was great and the peanut dipping sauce that came with the Chicken Satay tasted so perfectly fresh and balanced. 1000x Better than the sauce that I have gotten from any restaurant, store, or made at home ! We love Pad Thai and Spicy soup there. My children live chicken stay and Spring rolls. Stuffs very friendly. Stop there if you in the area.

We LOVE this relaxed, comfortable restaurant to the point of craving lunch or dinner (or both). Food is excellent with a quite pleasant variety. I’m addicted to the glass noodles dishes. Servers are attentive, kind, efficient, and flexible (I have food allergies). We highly recommend.
