They made me a vegan bibimbap that was out of this world! Delicious and so good. The skillet they served it in made the rice golden and crispy on the bottom. The veggies were flavorful and well balanced. Savory mushrooms, sweet carrots and crunchy radish. Perfect!
Small mixup during a door dash delivery and Kenji jumped through hoops to make it right. Kenji!!! I appreciate the effort you go through to create a great customer experience with awesome Korean food.

Absolutely the best! Flavor, presentation, hospitality, etc. The hot chicken tostada (not on the menu) it’s beautiful and tasty tasty! Would go everyday if I was closer!
Best food ever! Consistent, clean and kindest owners!!! Chris knows how to treat his customers and even welcomes you by name .You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for your food which is freshly prepared and cooked the minute you order! Well done Soy Bistro 👍
